Shanti Village
TRIAL FOR LOOMA PROJECT
For the past school year, The Shanti School has been a participant in the LOOMA project. This is a fabulous educational tool for both students and teachers. Sabita says, "...the students will go use LOOMA on their own and navigate further to learn more about a certain subject of interest." It's been a great additional teaching tool to go along with the fabulous Shanti School teachers!
2018 VOLUNTEER TRIP
We returned to the Shanti School in the Fall of 2018. Some of the projects completed are:

Updated, organized and added books to our library.

Organized all newly donated stock and supplies.

Updated IT equipment and provided another laptop computer.

Participated in classroom instruction.

FROM USA TO SHANTI SCHOOL CONNECTIONS
This last year, Shanti School classrooms commenced communications with St. Mary's School in Marathon, Wisconsin. Primary communications are with the Eighth Grade Class, but we are hoping to add more in the future! We are so excited for this wonderful connection!
